Please wear a mask to your appointment and complete the COVID-19 screening questionnaire on the same day as your appointment. We are continuing with COVID-19 precautions as recommended and updated by the CDC.

In addition to the usual Universal Precautions already in place as recommended by the CDC and OSHA, additional measures are also taken to ensure the safety of staff and patients. Some of these measures include:

-COVID-19 symptom screening of everyone who comes into the office

-taking the temperature of everyone who comes into the office using a touchless thermometer

-completing registration and consent forms online so there is no exchange of paper forms required

-physical barriers and social distancing in the office common areas

-requesting patients to come to the appointment by themselves, or with only one parent if the patient is a minor

-disinfection of common areas and restrooms several times throughout each day

-medical grade air purification system using HEPA filtration, UV light, and ionization to sanitize the air throughout the office

-additional personal protective equipment to be used by the office staff depending on the type of procedure being done, N-95 or equivalent masks used
